Sweet oatmeal

Sweet YUAMMY oatmeal is the breakfast you do not have to plan the night before. All three flavours share a base: oat flakes, cane sugar, a protein blend of pea protein, flax and pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, and dried coconut milk in place of dairy.

Strawberry-blueberry is the bestseller, built on freeze-dried berries that keep their colour and their sharpness. Cocoa-raisin is the chocolate one, with cocoa mass and dark raisins. Apple-cinnamon tastes the way childhood breakfasts are supposed to: dried apple, cinnamon and hazelnuts.

Around 12 % of the cup is protein, so breakfast lasts until lunch instead of disappearing within the hour. Everything is plant-based, which makes it suitable for vegans and for anyone who avoids lactose — there is no dairy in the recipe at all.

Each cup is 60 g and takes a minute. Water is optional, too: the same cup turns into overnight oats, pancakes or energy balls.
