Cream soups

A Bonner cream soup is a proper lunch that is ready before the kettle finishes boiling. Every recipe starts from dried legume purée — lentils, chickpeas or peas. That is what gives the thick, creamy body, the plant protein and the staying power; the vegetables and spices do the rest.

The BONNER line has six flavours: classic lentil with Italian herbs and parsnip, chickpea with pumpkin seeds, pea with celery and turmeric, mushroom with champignons and dill, mildly spicy chickpea kharcho, and the boldest one — coconut and curry. ALIVE adds three soups on a pea base: one with added pea protein at 24 % protein, one with kale, and one with champignons, thyme and bay leaf.

A cup weighs 50 g and contains no preservatives, flavourings, colourants or flavour enhancers — the vegetables and legumes are simply dried. Every soup is plant-based, so it suits vegans and anyone avoiding dairy.
