We stand behind every cup. If something went wrong, write to us and we'll put it right.

Goods of proper quality

Under Ukrainian law (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 of 19.03.1994), food products of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned. If a flavour isn't for you, message us and we'll suggest another.

When we replace or refund

• damaged or unsealed packaging;
• expired shelf life;
• wrong or missing items in the parcel;
• other signs of improper quality.

How to request

1. Inspect the parcel at the branch. If the box is damaged, record it with the carrier's staff.
2. Within 14 days of receipt (and within the shelf life) email bonner.info@gmail.com or call +38 (073) 422 76 62. Include the order number and photos of the product and packaging.
3. We reply within 1 business day and offer a replacement or a refund.

Replacement and refund

Replacements are shipped at our expense. Refunds go back via the original payment method within 7 days of approval; the time to reach your card depends on your bank.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge before dispatch — call or write to us. If the order was paid online, we refund the full amount.
