Privacy policy

Bio Products Factory LLC (the “Company”) processes customers' personal data in line with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Name, phone, email, city, branch or delivery address — at checkout.
• Email, name and password (hashed) — when you create an account.
• Email — for the newsletter.
• Requests and reviews you send via website forms.
• Technical data (cookies, IP address, device type) — for the cart, spam protection and, with your consent, analytics.

Why we process it

To fulfil and deliver orders, contact you about them, run your account and bonus programme, answer requests and — only with separate consent — send news and offers and measure site usage.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to fulfil your order: carriers (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta), the LiqPay payment service if you pay online, and our email delivery service. We never receive or store card details. Analytics services (Google Analytics, Meta) receive pseudonymised data only after you accept cookies.

Storage and security

Data is kept on secured servers no longer than needed for the purpose and accounting requirements. Only staff who need it for their work have access.

Cookies

Essential cookies (cart, account login) always work. Analytics cookies are enabled only after consent in the banner; you can change your choice by clearing site data in your browser.

Your rights

You may ask what data we process, request correction or deletion, withdraw newsletter consent and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Email bonner.info@gmail.com — we reply within 30 days.
