Public offer

This document is a public offer by Bio Products Factory LLC (the “Seller”) to conclude a distance retail sale contract on the terms below. The Seller's details are listed at the end of the page. The Ukrainian version of this document prevails.

1. Definitions

• Website — the online store web-production-240a1.up.railway.app.
• Customer — an individual placing an order on the Website for personal use.
• Goods — instant food products under the BONNER, ALIVE and YUAMMY brands.
• Order — a Customer's request to buy Goods placed on the Website.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when the Customer places an Order (acceptance of the offer). By placing an Order the Customer confirms having read and accepted this offer, the returns policy and the privacy policy.

The Seller may contact the Customer to confirm the Order. If Goods are out of stock, the Seller offers a replacement or cancels the Order and refunds any payment.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia and are fixed when the Order is placed. Box discounts, promo codes and bonus points apply under the terms shown on the Website.

You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or on delivery. Card details for online payments are processed by the payment provider and are not shared with the Seller.

4. Delivery

The Seller hands the Order to the carrier within 1 business day of confirmation (of payment, for online payments). Nova Poshta delivery within Ukraine costs 80 ₴ and is free for orders from 1 500 ₴; courier and Ukrposhta delivery are charged at carrier rates. Pickup: 16zh Kramskoho St., Kyiv, Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 days. The Customer inspects the parcel on receipt and, if the packaging is damaged, records it with the carrier's staff.

5. Quality and storage

The Goods are produced in line with Ukrainian food safety law; production is certified to FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and HACCP. Ingredients, nutrition, shelf life and storage conditions are stated on the packaging and product page.

6. Returns and exchange

See Returns & exchange. Food products of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged; Goods of improper quality are replaced or refunded.

7. Liability

The parties are liable under Ukrainian law. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or for incorrect data provided by the Customer. The parties are released from liability in case of force majeure.

8. Personal data

By placing an Order the Customer consents to the processing of personal data to perform the contract under the privacy policy.

9. Other terms
