Sweet protein oatmeal for breakfast

YUAMMY is breakfast that does not require an earlier alarm. Three sweet protein oatmeals, 60 g each, take a minute to make and need neither a hob nor milk from the fridge.

Strawberry-blueberry is the favourite: freeze-dried berries keep their colour and their edge, and hazelnuts round it off. Cocoa-raisin is the chocolate one, with cocoa mass and dark raisins. Apple-cinnamon is the familiar childhood flavour, built on dried apple and cinnamon.

Each cup starts from oat flakes, cane sugar and a protein blend of pea protein, flax and pumpkin seeds — together around 12 % protein. Dried coconut milk replaces dairy, which makes these porridges suitable for vegans and for anyone who is lactose intolerant.

Hot water is only one option: the same cup becomes overnight oats, pancakes, a smoothie bowl or energy balls.
